Why it matters

Social media design that keeps your brand consistent

Most owners know they should post more. The hard part is finding the time to make every post look like it belongs to the same business.

The problem

Posting in a rush

Posts get made at the last minute, in whatever app is open, with whatever colors are handy. Over time the feed stops looking like your brand.

Our approach

Templates and a monthly batch

We design your posts from brand templates, a month at a time, with captions drafted. You review one batch instead of chasing ideas every week.

The result

A feed that looks like you

Three on-brand posts a week, ready before the month starts, so your business shows up consistently without taking your evenings.

What's included

What Social Essentials includes each month

Social Essentials is our monthly social media design plan for small businesses. It's built for owners who want a steady, professional presence without designing posts themselves.

It suits restaurants and bakeries with weekly specials, practices that want to share helpful tips, personal brands that need to stay visible, and trades businesses that want to show finished jobs. In each case, social media is where customers check whether a business is active and trustworthy. A consistent feed answers that question before they ever call.

  • 12 designed posts a month. About three a week, sized for the platforms you use.
  • Built from your brand templates. Your colors, fonts and logo, used the same way every time.
  • Captions drafted. Written in your voice for you to approve or adjust.
  • One revision round per batch. Send one set of notes and we'll update the whole month.
  • Ready by the 25th. Each month's posts are delivered for approval by the 25th of the month before.

Readable on every screen

Social posts are mostly seen on phones, often in bright light. We keep text short, sizes generous and color contrast strong, using the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as our reference for readable text. Posts that are easy to read are easier to act on.

Where your templates come from

If you've worked with us on a brand identity, your social templates are already part of the package: three with Brand Identity and ten with Brand Identity Complete. If you already have a brand you like, we'll quote a small template set from it, which takes 1 to 2 weeks before your first month. If your brand needs work first, start with brand identity design.

How we keep every post on-brand

Consistency comes from rules, not luck. Your templates fix where the logo sits, which fonts and colors to use, how photos are cropped and how much text fits on a post. Our social media design team works inside those rules every month, and Dian reviews each batch before it reaches you. The result is a feed where every post is clearly yours, even when the topics change. You can see how we approach brand systems in our selected work.

Every batch also follows your brand's photo style. If you send your own photos, we crop and treat them consistently, so even quick phone shots look like they belong together. Photos of your real work, team and space feel more personal than generic stock, so we'll ask for them first.

What you handle

You post the approved designs, or schedule them in the tool you already use. Community management, paid ads and photography aren't included. If you run ads, we can design the creatives and hand them to your ads specialist.

How it works

Your monthly social media design rhythm

One planning conversation, one batch, one round of notes. Here's how a typical month runs.

  1. Early in the month

    Share what's coming up

Send us your news for the following month: launches, events, offers, seasonal dates and any photos you'd like to use. A short email is enough.

  2. Mid-month

We plan and design the batch

We map 12 posts across your content themes, design them from your templates and draft captions in your voice.

  3. By the 25th

    You review the month

You receive the full batch for approval by the 25th of the month before. Send one set of notes and we update everything in one round.

  4. All month

    You post, we stay ready

You publish or schedule the approved posts. If something urgent comes up, extra designs use Growth Partner hours or extra design time at $50 an hour.

Content themes

What we post about, so you're never stuck for ideas

We rotate a few content themes each month, so your social media feed stays varied without losing focus. Your news and offers always come first, and the themes fill the gaps.

Your work

Products, finished jobs and the results you're proud of, shown cleanly and consistently.

Helpful tips

Short, useful advice your customers can use. It builds trust before anyone books.

People and story

Your team, your values and the story behind the business. People like to know who they're buying from.

News and dates

Openings, events, holidays and changes to hours, so customers always know what's happening.

Offers and launches

New services, seasonal menus and limited-time offers, designed to stand out without shouting.

Questions answered

The things customers ask every week, answered once in a post they can share.

Your options

Three ways to handle social media design

There's no single right answer. It depends on your time, your spend and how much consistency matters to your business.

Is it right for you?

When a monthly social plan makes sense, and when it doesn't

A retainer only pays off if you'll use it. Here's how to tell.

A good fit when…

  • Your customers find and follow you on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn
  • You want to post about three times a week, every week
  • You have a brand you're happy with, or you're getting one from us
  • You can share news and dates with us once a month

Probably not yet when…

  • You only post now and then. A small set of templates you edit yourself will go further.
  • Your main need is ads management. Hire an ads specialist; we can design the creatives.
  • You mostly need video or Reels. We don't offer full video production.
  • You need someone to reply to comments and messages every day.

Questions

Social media design questions, answered

Cost, posting, platforms, templates and revisions.

How much does monthly social media design cost?

Social Essentials is $900 a month for 12 designed posts, about three a week, with captions drafted. Growth Partner is $2,400 a month and adds website upkeep, two SEO blog posts, four Google Business Profile posts and up to five extra design hours. Plans are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. There's a three-month minimum, then 30 days' notice to cancel.

Do you post to my accounts for me?

Social Essentials covers design and captions, not posting. You publish the approved posts yourself or schedule them in the tool you already use, which keeps your accounts fully in your control. Many owners schedule the whole month in one sitting, which takes far less time than designing it.

Which platforms do you design for?

We design for the platforms your customers actually use, most often Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Posts are sized for each platform's feed. If you need story or banner sizes as well, tell us, and we'll include them in your plan or quote them as extra design time. Tell us your main platform first, so we design for it.

What if I don't have brand templates yet?

If you've done a brand identity with us, you already have templates: three with Brand Identity and ten with Brand Identity Complete. If you have a brand you like but no templates, we quote a small template set first, which takes 1 to 2 weeks. If your brand itself needs work, we'll recommend starting there. A social plan pays off more on a strong brand foundation.

Can I request changes to the posts?

Yes. Each monthly batch includes one revision round. Send one consolidated set of notes and we update the whole batch together. That keeps the month on schedule and the feed consistent. Extra changes after that round use design time, which Growth Partner includes each month.

Do you write the captions?

Yes. We draft a caption for every post, written in your brand voice. You can approve them as they are or edit anything that doesn't sound like you. Captions often get better over the first few months as we learn how you talk to your customers. You always have the final say before anything goes out.

Do you make Reels or video content?

Social Essentials focuses on designed image posts and carousels, not video. Simple video edits may be possible on request, but we don't offer full video production. If video is the main way your customers find you, a video specialist will serve you better. Tell us on your call and we'll be clear about what we can do.

Why is there a three-month minimum?

The first month includes setup: learning your voice, refining templates and finding the content themes that work. A consistent feed also needs time before it makes a difference. Three months gives the plan a fair chance to show results. After that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice or switch plans at renewal.
