A few lines is plenty. The more we know up front, the more useful your discovery call will be, and the faster we can send a written quote.

- What's prompting the change: a rebrand, a new website, a launch or monthly help
- Your ideal timeline and any fixed dates, like an opening or an event

Email isn't the place for passwords, bank details or private customer records. If we need access to a website or account later, we'll set it up securely together. You can read more about how we handle your details in our privacy policy.

Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. The discovery call is free and takes about 30 minutes on Google Meet. It's a chance to talk through your business, ask questions and see whether TG is the right fit. There's no obligation to book a package afterward. If it looks like a fit, we send a written quote within one business day.
How quickly will you reply to my email?
We reply to every email within one business day, Monday to Friday. Weekends and Philippine public holidays are off, so a message sent on Friday evening in the US may get a reply on Monday. If you need an answer sooner, booking a call is usually the quickest route. Every reply ends with a clear next step.
What if none of the call times work for me?
Calendly shows our open slots inside our shared hours, converted to your local time. If none of them work, email us with two or three times that suit you and we'll try hard to make one work. For the US West Coast, early-morning slots tend to fit well. Australia and New Zealand have the widest choice of times.
Can I call you by phone?
We don't offer phone calls at the moment. Video calls on Google Meet let us share screens and walk through designs together, which works better for design work. Everything else happens by email, where all decisions and approvals are recorded. That keeps your project clear and easy to look back on.
Do I need to know which package I want before I contact you?
Not at all. Many people book a call with only a rough idea of what they need. We'll ask about your business and goals, then recommend one package that fits. If you'd like to read up first, every package and price is published on our pricing page. The written quote explains exactly what's included.
Can you sign an NDA before we talk?
If your project involves confidential plans, we can discuss a non-disclosure agreement before the call. Send it by email ahead of time so there's time to read it. Our project agreement also covers portfolio rights, and you can ask in writing for your finished project to stay private. We never share your plans with anyone outside the project.
Where are you located?
TG Creative Studio is a home studio in Cebu City, Philippines. We don't host in-person meetings, because we serve clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Every project runs remotely, with scheduled calls, email and recorded video walkthroughs. Distance rarely slows a project down, because our hours overlap with each main market every working day.
