Why it matters

Website maintenance that keeps customers finding you

A website is never really finished. Hours change, services grow and customers keep asking new questions online.

The problem

Launch day, then silence

Most small business websites get one big push, then sit untouched. The blog stops, the Google profile goes quiet, and small errors pile up.

Our approach

A little care, every month

Growth Care handles your site edits, publishes two helpful blog posts and keeps your Google Business Profile active, all on a steady monthly rhythm.

The result

An active, current business online

Customers see up-to-date information and fresh content, and you see a short report of what was done each month.

How it works

What happens each month with Growth Care

Growth Care runs on the same four steps every month, so you always know what's coming and when.

  1. Start of the month

    Plan the month

We agree on the two blog topics and the four Google Business Profile posts, based on your services, seasons and the questions your customers ask.

  2. Through the month

    Update the website

We make your edits and upkeep tasks, up to four hours a month: new text, new photos, updated hours, small layout changes and fixes.

  3. Through the month

    Publish fresh content

We write, format and publish two SEO blog posts on your site, and post four updates with photos to your Google Business Profile.

  4. End of the month

    Report back

You receive a short report: what we changed, what we published and what we suggest for next month.

What's included

Everything included in Growth Care

Growth Care is our monthly website maintenance and content plan for small businesses. It's $1,400 a month and covers four things. If your brand or site needs work first, start with brand identity or a new website.

Website edits and upkeep, up to 4 hours

Send us changes as they come up: new prices, team photos, updated hours, a new service section or a seasonal banner. We make the edits, check them on phones and desktops, and keep your site looking as sharp as launch day. If a change is bigger than your monthly hours allow, we'll tell you first and quote it separately.

Two SEO blog posts

Each month, we write and publish two blog posts that answer real questions your customers search for. Each post is formatted with clear headings, a descriptive title and meta description, images with alt text and links to your service pages. You approve topics before we write.

Good posts are useful first and optimized second. We write about the things your customers really ask, like costs, timelines, what to expect and how to choose, and we link each post to the service page it supports. Over a year, that adds up to 24 helpful articles that keep working for your business long after they're published.

Google's SEO Starter Guide is clear that there are no shortcuts to the top of search results, and that changes can take months to show. That's why Growth Care is steady and monthly rather than a one-off burst.

Four Google Business Profile posts

Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing local customers see. Google lets businesses publish updates, offers and events there, with photos. We post four times a month, so your profile stays active and your latest news shows up where people are searching.

A short monthly report

Growth Care works well as a conversation. Reply to any report with questions or new ideas, and we'll fold them into the next month's plan. Seasonal changes, new services and customer questions you hear at the counter all make good material.

A plain-language summary of what we did, what we published and what we recommend next. No jargon and no padded charts.

An example month

What a month of Growth Care might look like

Here's an illustration for a fictional family dental practice. Your topics and posts are planned around your own services and customers.

Website edits

Holiday hours added to the contact page, a new hygienist added to the team page and fresh photos on the home page.

Blog post one

What to expect at your child's first dental visit, linked to the family dentistry service page.

Blog post two

Five questions to ask before choosing a teeth-whitening option, linked to the cosmetic service page.

Google Business Profile

Four posts: a team welcome, a back-to-school reminder, a new-patient update and the holiday hours.

Next month's plan

Two suggested blog topics and post ideas, ready for approval before the month begins.

The report

A one-page summary of everything above, with links, so you can see the work at a glance.

Plans

Growth Care and Growth Partner prices

Choose website care on its own, or add monthly social design and extra design hours. All prices are in US dollars.

Retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each month, with a three-month minimum and 30 days' notice to cancel after that. New website? Many clients add Growth Care straight after a website design project.

Realistic expectations

What Growth Care can and can't promise

We'll be straight with you. Growth Care keeps your website accurate, your content fresh and your Google profile active. Those are the habits that tend to build visibility and trust over time.

What you can count on is the work itself: every edit made, every post published on schedule and every month reported in plain language. If a topic or post type isn't landing with your customers, we'll suggest something different for the next month rather than repeating what doesn't help. Growth Care is meant to be a steady partnership, not a set-and-forget subscription.

We can't promise a specific ranking, a number of new leads or a sales increase, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Search results depend on your market, your competitors and many factors outside any one studio's control.

Why there's a three-month minimum

The first month is mostly setup: access, a content plan and getting to know your customers. Content also needs time before it's found. Three months gives the plan a fair chance to show its value, and after that you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

When you may not need a monthly plan

If your website rarely changes and you don't want to publish content, a monthly retainer may be more than you need. If you're already a TG client, occasional edits can be done as extra design hours at $50 each instead. If your site is outdated or hard to edit, a new website may be the better first step.

Your accounts stay yours

How we handle access to your website and Google profile

To do the work, we need access to your WordPress site and your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner of both, always.

  • We ask for our own user account or manager role, never your personal password
  • You can see and remove our access at any time
  • Every change is noted in your monthly report
  • If you cancel, we remove our user accounts and confirm it in writing
  • Confidential business information never goes into public AI tools without your permission

Questions

Growth Care questions, answered

Cost, blog posts, Google profile posts and how to cancel.

How much does Growth Care cost?

Growth Care is $1,400 a month. It includes website edits and upkeep for up to four hours, two SEO blog posts, four Google Business Profile posts with photos and a monthly report. Growth Partner is $2,400 a month and adds 12 social posts and up to five extra design hours. Plans are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.

Can you care for a website you didn't build?

Often, yes, if it runs on WordPress. On the discovery call, we'll talk through how the site was built and whether it's in good enough shape to maintain. If it needs repairs first, we'll tell you and quote them separately. If it isn't on WordPress, we'll suggest options, including a new website.

Who writes the blog posts?

We do. Each month we suggest two topics based on your services and your customers' questions, and you approve them before we write. Posts are written in your brand voice and formatted for readers and search. You can add your own expertise or examples, which usually makes posts stronger. Nothing is published without your approval.

What counts as website upkeep?

Upkeep covers the small changes that keep a site accurate: updating text, prices and hours, swapping photos, adding a team member, small layout changes and fixing anything that looks off. Each month includes up to four hours. Larger changes, like a new section of the site or a redesign, are quoted separately. We'll always tell you before any work goes beyond your plan.

What are Google Business Profile posts?

They're short updates that appear on your Google Business Profile, the panel people see when they search for your business on Google or Maps. Google supports updates, offers and events, with photos. Posting regularly shows customers your business is active. Growth Care includes four posts a month.

Will Growth Care get me more customers?

It helps your website and Google profile stay accurate, active and useful, which supports how customers find and trust you. We can't promise a specific number of leads or a ranking, because results depend on your market and competitors. What we can promise is steady, careful work every month and a clear report of what was done. If something isn't working, we'll say so and suggest a change.

Do I need Growth Care after a new website?

You don't have to, but many clients add it straight after launch. A new website is at its strongest when it keeps getting fresh content and accurate updates. If you'd rather manage the site yourself, we'll send a short tutorial at handover. You can start Growth Care at any time later, whether or not we built your site.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

After the three-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days' notice by email. You can also switch between Growth Care and Growth Partner at renewal. Your website, content and Google profile always stay yours. If you cancel, we remove our user accounts and confirm that in writing.
