Who we are
This privacy policy explains how TG Creative Studio ("TG", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit tgcreativestudio.co, book a call, email us or work with us on a project.
TG Creative Studio is a brand and website design studio based in Cebu City, Philippines, led by Derrek Anselm "Dian" Calderon. For any privacy question, email creatives.tgstudio@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to reply to you, run your project and keep this website working.
Information you give us
- When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include, such as details about your business and links or files.
- When you book a call: the name, email address, time zone and answers you enter on our booking page.
- When you become a client: contact and billing details, your signed agreement, brand questionnaire answers, feedback and the files you share for your project.
- When you give us access: user accounts for your website or Google Business Profile, if your plan needs them.
Information collected automatically
- Server data: our hosting provider records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
- Cookies: necessary cookies make the site work and remember your cookie choices. Optional cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner.
- Embedded content: portfolio projects on our work page are embedded from Behance, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own policies.
We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we ask you not to send it to us. Please don't email passwords, bank details or private customer records.
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Reply to your messages and hold discovery calls
- Prepare quotes, agreements and invoices
- Design, build and deliver your project or monthly plan
- Keep records we need for accounting, tax and legal reasons
- Keep this website secure, working and easy to use
- Show finished work in our portfolio, unless you ask us in writing to keep it confidential
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've asked to receive them.
Why we're allowed to use it
We process personal information under the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Depending on the situation, we rely on:
- Your consent, for example when you accept optional cookies or ask us to stay in touch
- Our agreement with you, to deliver the work you've hired us for
- Legal obligations, such as keeping business and tax records
- Legitimate interests, such as keeping the website secure and replying to inquiries
If you live outside the Philippines, the privacy laws where you live may also give you rights. We'll respect those rights when they apply.
International transfers
We're based in the Philippines and our clients are mostly in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Some of the services we use store data in other countries. When information moves between countries, we choose established providers and take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and call bookings for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. We keep client records, agreements and invoices for as long as Philippine business and tax rules require. Project files are kept so we can support you after delivery, and you can ask us to delete them at any time, unless we need to keep something for legal reasons.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
- Be told whether we process your personal information
- Know what we collect, why, who receives it and how long we keep it
- Get a copy of the information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that's wrong
- Ask us to stop using, block or delete information that's incomplete, outdated, unlawfully obtained or no longer needed
- Be compensated for damage caused by inaccurate or unlawful use of your information
To use any of these rights, email creatives.tgstudio@gmail.com. We'll reply within one business day and act on your request as soon as we reasonably can. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable technical and practical safeguards: secure, password-protected accounts, limited access for team members, and separate user accounts when we work on your website or Google profile. No system is perfectly secure, so we also ask you to share only what a project needs.
If we ever learn of a security problem that affects your personal information, we'll take steps to fix it and notify affected people and the National Privacy Commission where the law requires it.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, tools or the law change. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we'll tell current clients by email.
